The Relationship

Cultivating and maintaining meaningful connections is vital to emotional well-being. Understanding how connections to others shape our lived experiences can help nurture intimate relationships and improve mental and emotional health.

Together we will build and nurture a collaborative relationship through empathy, understanding and vulnerability.

Mind-Body Connection

I believe there is a strong connection between the mind and body and our subsequent well-being. As such, I like to incorporate somatic work by exploring how trauma, stress, anxiety and more show up physically and physiologically in our bodies.

Values Driven

Our values are shaped by many things - family, upbringing, society, culture and most importantly our experiences.

We will explore how the decisions we make are often influenced by these values and what’s important to us. Taking into account your social and cultural contexts, we will identify values that are meaningful to you to direct treatment.
